2004  -   ISR enter cyberspace and launches an online version of the products catalogue here at www.isr-brakes.se.


   

Peter Sköld has been around as long
as ISR. Still racing and winning with
our components. Way to go Peter!

Christer "Cralle" Lindholm has been
true to ISR products for years now.
He became Swedish champion in -03.


1998  -   A new version of the ISR 6-piston caliper (22-042) is developed for Christer "Cralle" Lindholm, who was then racing in - and winning - the German Pro Superbike series.


1995  -   A growing number of custom applications are being developed.


1991  -   The Team Roberts Yamaha 500 GP bikes are using ISR brakes. Eddie Lawson also put a few kits on his personal bikes.


1989  -   The introduction of the 6-piston racing caliper, complete with 6 separate pads. It was developed for Anders Andersson who was racing at the world championship level in Superbike and the endurance series.

1988  -   The first World Endurance championship was won using ISR Endurance calipers.


1988  -   We established a new factory at the Swedish island Gotland, where we started a production line for master cylinders.


1987  -   ISR set up a new factory at the present address in Tumba, Stockholm.


1985  -   The complete line of brakes was now produced using billet aluminium instead of earlier cast magnesium.


1983  -   The first billet aluminium 4-piston caliper was made.

1981  -   For a couple of years (81-83) ISR was heavily involved in the World Endurance championship.

1980  -   The ISR company was established as an inc.


1979  -   First World Championship Road Racing points was secured.


1979  -   The production of chassis kits was started. Up until 1986 some 60 kits was made.

1976  -   The first caliper for road racing was designed and used in the World Championship Road Racing series.


1975  -   We started our involvement in racing.


1972  -   The production of rear sets for the Honda CB 750 started. This became a "back bone" for the ISR company for the following years to come.


1971  -   The first brake system was sold.

1968  -   The start of the ISR company. The first frame was built and the first caliper was designed.
